...i'm going to introduce you to is my long distance sister...she's not even in this country! when we talk, i imagine us sitting on the living room floor with our shoes off, drinking tea, laughing, sharing. we send these INTENSE emails back and forth and one of my greatest desires is to travel to belgium to spend time with her, kurt and my nieces and nephew! when i first saw this lady's work, i was impressed because, like charity, she's always open to trying new techniques. i was also drawn to her because, like me, she pours her heart into her art; she doesn't just journal...she plasters her emotions onto each project. she is one of the most genuine women i've come across. she's the absolute sweetness...with a hidden layer of spitfire that you DON'T want to expose! what you'll notice when you look at her work is the continual growth; her willingness to expand her knowledge base is always evident in her projects. her only quirk that i don't like is that she strives for perfection to the point where she worries herself silly! i keep telling her that an artist as talented as her should stop worrying so much and just kreate! her work is so awesome! YOU be the judge...meet my sister, pegs:
awesomeness, right? would YOU tell her? she won't listen to me!
come back later today or tomorrow when the brib...umm, RAK'S will be revealed!!!
