It's time to introduce my September technique: photo layering! It's such a simple technique but I always LOVE the way it turns out!
Let me show you how it works:
Choose a picture. I always print them myself. This time I used the same shot with a colour and a black & white version.
Cut the object...
...put some pieces of double sided tape on the back...
....and add it above the original place of another (colour) picture.
You can do this with one of two layers, whatever you like!
Here are some more layouts I made with this technique.
I printed this picture 4 times and made 4 different layers. When you see the layout in real life, it looks just like the feet are on top of the photo!
And on this one I did it the other way around, so that it brings depth into the photo.

I do like it...especially cause I messed up my printing order @ Costco and ordered 3 of same picture! can't wait to show it to you!
